Role Summary

At SOLS Energy, we are always looking to strengthen our organisation by adding the best available talent to our staff. We’re seeking an Operations and admin Executive to help us verify and process client documentation, submit applications and compile documents to secure NEM quota for our residential and commercial clients.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and 1-2 years of experience in operations and administrative work. This role requires a candidate with good interpersonal skills as you’ll often be communicating with internal staff and external parties, such as TNB, SEDA, MIDA and ST.

In this role you will:

External Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collate databases of potential clients, partners, and training venues.
  • Negotiate agreements with venues.
  • Perform introductions and negotiations with stakeholders for mutually beneficial agreements.


Logistics and Resource Management:

  • Manage logistics for training events, including material distribution and client coordination.
  • Maintain equipment inventories and coordinated with internal stakeholders for program resources.
  • Track HRDCorp and client grant claims, invoicing, and payments.
  • Issue certificates for educational programs and establish SOPs for process improvement.
  • Ensure smooth project management for key programs, aligning with stakeholders.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Operations management etc.);
  • Administration, operations or related work experience, however exceptional fresh graduates would still be considered
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers and service providers;
  • Minimum B1 proficiency (Band 4 MUET) in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken;
  • Working knowledge of Google workspace and digital skills for work;
  • Ability to understand and work with research and data;
  • Ability to plan budgets and track expenses;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Eye for detail and a focus on improvements.
